Went with this company under recommendation and it is the worst company I ever used. I had asked if they would re-mark lettering on a barrel for me and it appears so faint that it's unreadable. Their pictures showcasing engraving look nothing this shallow or rushed. False advertising at its finest. I also had inquired about repairing a different part and the entire time the owner seemed very irritated and impatient. For a place that offers a service, they certainly don't know how to talk to customers with inquiries, let alone do the job they promise to do with any sort of satisfactory quality.

I reached out to Bob's company the other day in an e-mail asking about their chrome plating for some of my Kimber polymer uppers. He personally called me, and did not rush me to hang up. He shared much knowledge and was among the most personable of gentlemen that I could hope to speak with. Bob was not rude in anyway and certainly not difficult to speak with; he likes to talk about the things he is very passionate about, and his experiences in the business. I do plan to give his company my business when I'm ready to get my guns plated. I'll probably have him do a 460 Rowland on my Dan Wesson Briun 6.3' 45 ACP, I'm now following up with CZ to see if they will sell me a custom barrel for it that is nearly 7' with threading added.
