The great customer service disappears VERY quickly when youre doing the paperwork. I would absolutely NOT recommend this shop to any first time gun buyer. They make you extremely nervous when filling out the paperwork, they do a very poor job explaining the process to you and and will get very angry with you if you dont know something that is common knowledge to a regular gun owner. Overall poor, rude, and hostile experience, walked away from a sale due to this and will be taking by business elsewhere!
