Stay away!!! You will see plenty of red flags when you walk in, trust your gut.2 months ago, I purchased a handgun successfully from Angeles Armory. Zero issues, a smooth transaction. Picked up my handgun no problem from them.Burbank Ammo & Guns had a Smith and Wesson MP15 in stock, I drive over to purchase because they don't have a phone number that anyone picks up. Smooth purchase process with Eric. I pay for the rifle in full. Was told I'll be contacted when it's ready to pick up around 13 days (usual 10 day waiting period, but he added +3 days due to COVID). No problem, I can be patient.Fast forward to going in store there to pick up some ammo, I decide to check and see if the rifle is ready for pickup, it's been 15 days at this point (I never got a call). It's ready so I figure I might as well pick up the rifle while I'm there.Turns out when their employee Eric submitted my paperwork he did it wrong. Eric wasn't in store today, however 2 employees Brian and Steven told me multiple times they will be 'yelling' at him to let him know that he screwed up. They asked me if I'd like to resubmit DROS at a cost for $37. At this point there's absolutely no way I'd trust that they wouldn't screw it up again. If you decide to go to them, you'll know very quickly what I mean.I opt for the refund, however, I'm hit with a 25% restock fee plus the DROS fee. All in all I'm out over $300 and no rifle.I'm not entirely bummed about the $300. I'm more bummed about the 4 hours I spent at the DMV in the sun, the 2 hours at AAA, the 3 hours waiting to get inside the store, the waiting while the clerk helps other people after he saw that what I wanted was a refund.If anything the $300 is just a cost learned to never do business with these people again. They have zero care for the customer experience. I wouldn't recommend this place if they were the last gun store in Los Angeles.I still don't know why I'm hit paying a 25% restocking fee when they admitted clear as day (with all their cameras in there) that it was their employee who screwed up. And the best they give me is a shrug and 'eh, sorry bro, we'll yell at him'.Gladly taking my money elsewhere, I'm certain they could care less. Stay away.P.S. One of the kids behind the counter (literally 15 or 16 years old), said to the security guard to not let anyone in the store without a mask...but zero employees had masks on...like not even hanging on their ear or something. I don't care where you stand on the mask debate, but something about that is just odd (there are about 7 or so employees in the store).

Bad customer service very bad after waiting 4 hours to get my new gun they started to give me all unnecessary requirements like proof of residence and water bills and end car ownership and passport and they never bothered to say all that before waiting

Took my FSC test here over the weekend! Every single staff member including the security guard was very kind and helpful. These guys truly care about their customers and really give you the best info. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful with whatever question you may have. I am grateful for their time and effort especially during this crazy time. Thank you Burbank Guns and Ammo for everything. We are lucky to have people like you

Great staff, highly attentive and knowledgeable about firearms. Security guards are courteous and as helpful as they should be. Just be sure to plan ahead because people arrive and make line early here. So youll most likely have to sign on a wait list go back to your car and wait to be called on your phone by them. Parking could get a little hectic too as they dont provide parking youll have to find some around the neighborhood. Overall great experience here and I wont mind coming back for more toys. During this pandemic, where everything is so crazy, first time gun buyers calling the phones off the hook, coming to the store with so many questions all at once, these guys have the most patience and professionalism compared to any other store ive been too. They want you to learn, they want to help, they believe in your rights, not just the sale. Great team and I highly recommend that you choose this store. Thank you guys again for everything.
