Great people, no bad attitudes from anyone who has worked there for the past four years that I know of. Rare for a range. Helpful courteous and Saftey conscious. Clean and professional. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Terrible business practice here. Really unfortunate I have to write this review as I was a big fan of the Northridge location. Following the outbreak of Covid the company made the decision to close it's Northridge location. This was after I had purchased a yearly membership at the tail end of January. This means that I was able to use a whole 1.5 months of my 12 month membership before they closed the Northridge location. I completely understand why this happened however it is what followed that causes me to write this review. After finding out the information on closure I contacted the Burbank location by phone 3 times. All 3 times I explained that the two locations left open would be too far for me to travel to and requested a refund of my yearly membership. I was even fair and offered to have them deduct the 1.5 months i was able to use the membership from my refund. I was told I would need to speak to the manager and each of the 3 times the manager was conveniently unavailable. I was told I would receive a call back which I never did. I then proceeded to send multiple emails to the management at the Burbank location and again, no response. I ultimately had to file a dispute through my credit card company and have now finally received my money back. Absolutely terrible business practices and customer service. If you as a company make the decision to close a location then be prepared to deal with the fallout and possible refunds. It's so disappointing that instead you made the choice to cower and ignore any kind of responsibility you have to your customers. TLDR: Location I frequented closed due to Covid. Management refused to respond to any refund inquiry on my membership. Had to file credit card dispute. Avoid this range.
