CROOCKS! terrible customer service, very rude and after 2 months back and forth they cancelled my order. terrible with appointments, each appointment is about 2-3 weeks apart, one of the appointments i went in to do paper for and background check , i was there 15 mins before my appointment after waiting 40 mins i walked in and they said my appointment doesn't not exist in their system and somebody messed up on their side, instead of making another appointment on the spot and apologies since it was their mess up they told me to leave and email to make another appointment so i did 2 appointments back and forth I finally get an appointment to pick up the gun, 30 mins into the appointment they tell me their computer just went down and they cants release the my purchase to me same as before told me to leave and email for another appointment....???? really? No apologies whatsoever for wasting my time the second time. last appointment they made me I missed, I live about 45 mins away from them. I called multiple times to reschedule but their number is always busy, today i was finally able to reach them and they told me i have been cancelled since i missed my last appointment...lol its a joke. The lady on the phone tells me it cost them money every time they do background check but than she goes and deducts all the background check fees from me plus 75$ restocking fee (it cost me money when do you background check not you) charged me 3 times for background fee and charged me $75 restocking fee. since I paid in full, never got to see the gun and paid 75 restocking fee? CROOKS! Find another gun store or prepare for a world of hassle. There are other gun stores in Los Angeles. Seriously, look it up.

Horrible customer service and attitudes.

Born raised right here in West LA bought first 2 guns in Vegas after College(UNLV)Zero hassle at either the gun show or pawn shop at Charleston/LV BLVD.Bought 3rd gun 2nd .380 after moving to ATL,GA quickly figured needed upgrade purchased silver.45 bought THIS PLACE HERE DEMANDED TO KNOW WHAT I WANTED TO BUY FROM THE SIDEWALKWhen I hesitated ever so slightly in answering him back he said NEXT PERSON. God forbid I haven't decided yet .mostly since I have NEVER been inside this place and don't have a clue what stock they have left let alone how much it cost anyway lucky for me I have a car, credit card, and computer and will use all three to make my decision somewhere else.
