Horrible, Horrible customer service. The owner should fire every single person that works there. No one wants to help you and when they do it seems like you are pulling their teeth out. Victor should win the rudest sales person in Georgia easily. I will be taking business elsewhere from now on. Don't waste you time here.

There were between 15-25 customers in the store during the 45 minutes I waited to simply buy a box of ammunition. I left on the 46th minute after standing at the glass counter as the next person up for over 20 minutes -right in front of Trevor who never once made eye contact or said a word. Please consider this free / unsolicited advice. #1. Not everyone is there to buy a gun. Therefore there should be a separate point of sale (POS) system and counter space dedicated for ammunition, bags, lasers, apparel, backpacks, etc-by the way these were all items people were standing around wanting to purchase but couldnt. By moving ancillary purchase quickly through the door, this frees up parking, floor space and customer morale. #2. I saw 9 employees. There were undoubtedly more in the back. Yet, there were no designations that I could see that activated key personnel to expedite the quick sale of ancillary items. No one came up and stated for example is this all you need today sir? Let me go ahead and ring that up for you. Nada. Instead everyone was displaying a gun to sell or filling out paperwork and avoiding 25% of the customers. Another was conversation. The mood was not good. Employees seemed agitated and not happy to be at work. Two experiences stood out to me. On the other side of the glass, we could here an employee speaking with a customer in a pretty loud voice stating I have no idea why so many people are here today, its been this way for 4 monthsprobably some type of pre election panic. Anyway, its getting old. Another favorite was when a gentleman was buying a M&P for his Marine son (12 years and still serving ) as a coming home gift for his service in Afghanistan and simply asked one of the guys about a case to purchase. The employee never looked upjust pointed and said over there...... and when the older gentleman picked one up and walked back to the counter, the employee tried to place his Shield in the case and said too smallget another. Classy. Real classy. I offer these suggestions. Take em. Leave em. Its your call. But its doubtful my cash will enter this store again.

By far the worst gun buying experience I have ever had. I waited for help as they were helping other customers and the gentleman who assisted me with the process was rude, abrasive, and irrational. I have bought several firearms from various places and for the first time ever, I almost walked out of this store. Clyde Armory, I regretfully have to say that you will never have my business again. Nothing personal as that gentleman may have had a bad day, but my money will be taken elsewhere.
