As a young 2nd Amendment practitioner I have gotten my fair share of mistreatment. A lot of places will see me, and not take me seriously, either ignoring me completely or disregarding my interest. Not this place, they were without a doubt up to their necks in work cut out for them. But the surge in the market clearly has a role in this understaffed situation. Even so, after being patient in line for about half an hour (and no that's not a complaint, if you don't have the time to buy a gun don't buy one, this isin't a fast food restaurant), I was observing how the employees were treating their customers and saw that they did the tried and true 'one at a time', not seperating their attention, which is why I was perfectly fine waiting, when it was my turn I was helped by Broc, who directed me to the perfect fitting holster etc. It was nice to receive the same type of undivided attention as the older clients. Paper work was quick and painless even tho I messed up twice (embarrassing) no one smirked about anything. Overall a great experience.

Not impressed with the overall service. Didn't have an issue with the gun I purchased, but my wife's background check toke awhile to come back because of a backlog with everyone buying guns. The guy told us to come back in a couple days to check and if it still hadn't come back they would sell us the gun. Came back after waiting and checking every couple days if it had gone through to find out they just sold the gun to someone else even though they supposedly were holding it for her. There are cheaper prices and other stores with better basic customer service. Selling a gun someone else is waiting for a background check to come through on is just unprofessional.

Walked into the store this morning. No greeting whatsoever. Customer service terrible. Looked around for about 15 minutes and still no acknowledgment by the staff we walked out. Will never darken their doorway again. Very sad. You lost a sale and a returning customer. So much for buying local.

They were so helpful and very informative! I learned a good bit.Will def go back for future purchases!

I will not walk into this store again. When I asked if they had a glock g45 in stock I was asked if I was police or first responder, as if that mattered. When I said no their response was no we dont have that in stock. Can you not even try to hide your discrimination? I did not see a sign that said serving only police and first responders maybe because that would be illegal. Please avoid this store as they discriminate against non police and non first responders.
