Terrible gunsmithing. I had nightsights installed on my service weapon. I had to bring it back twice because they kept falling off. The second time, they argued with me about fixing it that day (I needed the handgun for work). They ended up gluing the sights on. I probably could have done a cleaner job with the glue myself. They just didn't want to be bothered. REPLY TO THE REPLY - You expect me to believe that you remember the exact events a year later??? You DID NOT explain that the slide was improperly cut. You DID NOT offer to send my service weapon back to the manufacturer. As a matter of fact you gave the strong impression that you did not have time for me at all, so what you said was curt and short. AND a second gunsmith confirmed that you had done was poor. The exact words that the irritable man used upon returning my service weapon was 'glue.' Further, taking a year to reply to my complaint is pretty thin, and more reason not to utilize your services.

Fantastic experience with this company! Bought a gun at one of their online auctions and after placing the winning bid, they called me, called the FFL dealer and had the gun packed up and on its way to me.Didn't know customer service like this still existed.Highly recommend Ron & Jo's.

Have purchased at least four weapons and traded a few more..fair prices good people. First place i go looking for deals....
