Usually you write a review after service is complete, but my initial experience is already worth a 5 star review. My new Bersa Thunder 380CC would not release the slide for removal as designed after only ~150 shots and two cleanings. Talked to the owner of AA&A on the phone and he was already aware of a common problem with that slide release for a range of serial numbers. Mine falls in that range. Said send it in and if it proves to be what he suspects, firearm will be replaced by Bersa. Wow! I had searched internet for the problem but couldn't find an explanation. Always nice to talk to a professional who is clearly familiar with the product and its potential issues inside and out.

Its hard to find a awesome local business nowadays, but they have done it! Great people and very knowledgeable! Amazing prices! Seriously dont miss out! Its worth the drive from anywhere!
