We called ahead and asked the sales associate if they had a game And if they could hold it for us so we went to pick up the game paid for it and got home only to find that they gave us the case with no game inside of it

I called in and I asked about Xbox one controller and I asked if you have new ones and she said yes but never told me that I can put it on hold than when I got there and walked in I asked and she said you never told me about putting on hold so I'm sticker with a used controller and when new controlles come in I am never going back there again
