I bought a .45 acp.... with .45 ammo hard to find... the only way to fire the pistol and buy the ammo is to fire at their range only... The shortage is understood but as someone who bought one of their guns ...better customer service is expected... I will not recommend this place of business to anyone buying a firearm nor will I purchase any products or services..... I would have better customer service buying the firearm in a back alley illegally. The range is not worth a firearm owners time.

Parents took me here for my 21st Birthday. All involved had a great time. Filled out a small amount of paperwork to be allowed to enter the range but wasn't bad. Since it was a birthday present, I'm not positive about pricing but it didn't seem too bad from what I saw. The range was clean and the staff seemed as though they cared and enjoyed what they were doing and everyone kept in mind each others safety. Unfortunately, I don't live close (about a 3.5 hour drive) but I wouldn't mind going anytime that I'm in Maine.

Excellent facility! Recently moved to Maine and had been on the search for a decent store with a range. The wife and I are always greeted, the moment we walk in. They've got a fantastic setup for rental firearms, knowledgeable staff and a great indoor range. If you're considering buying a new gun. Come here first. They more than likely have what you're interested in buying and give you the ability to try it out first. They also carry a decent selection of parts for the ones who like to build their own. When my wife had questions regarding a new handgun, they did not hesitate to explain, in great detail, every aspect of every gun she looked at.

Im not from this country and it was my first time in a shooting range. The service here was however excellent and I could not have been happier with them. They were friendly and patient with me and my girlfriend and even took the time to explain to use the mechanisms behind the gun. Grateful for their wonderful service

First time shooting a handgun since I was very young. My friend who came with me is from the UK and had never shot a gun at all before. I was shocked how helpful the staff was! They made sure I was refreshed in my safety knowledge, and they ensured my friend got a real American experience. One man even assisted her in showing what the recoil of the gun would feel like before we went to the range so that she wasn't nervous when pulling the trigger for the first time. The variety of guns to try out was huge. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am more than pleased with my experience, and I will be coming back to rent a firearm in the future.

Great staff & buying experience!Had difficulty buying a rifle from another online retailer because it came standard with a 20-round magazine: illegal in the Democratic Republic of Maryland. Bob understood my dilemma, arranged to swap magazines, offered me a great price, and offered to have a pic-rail handguard I also purchased added prior to shipment. Exchange with the FFL here was easy and I couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to purchase another firearm in the future, I'm calling here first!

A good gun store , wish they had more makes and models on hand to choose from , got a lot of ' we can order it ' that's if I want to buy with out touching or looking , first sales person I felt like he rather be some where else but a co-worker sales person came over and was great ! Used a groupon to try it out. The store and shooting range were outstanding. The range officer was very knowledgeable and helped my son shoot the hand gun and rifle we rented. We plan on going back again

Came here for a bachelor party with 7 or 8 friends who are mostly rookies and first time shooters except me. Staff was super helpful in making sure everyone was safe and on target. Brought my own weapons and ammo, and rented a few of theirs. My shotgun hadnt been cleaned in quite some time, wasn't firing properly. Staff took it and cleaned it for me and brought it back, lots of above and beyond effort into making sure we had a positive experience. Rented some rifles including a full-auto, and got some great photos of everyone shooting. Decent prices for about 3 hours of shooting, buying ammo, renting weapons, etc. Was not expensive considering how much we shot. Everyone had a great time and it was a big deal to get access to some awesome weapons since we came up from Massachusetts where everything is banned.

Had a great time!! Everyone is professional and friendly. We had Chris in the range with my brother and I and he was fantastic. We rented a shotgun and full auto model and he was right there explaining how to properly set them up, how to stand and pumped us up to have fun. We will surely be back because of the staff!! My fiancee and myself came here from out of town while on vacation. My fiancee has never held a weapon before let alone shot one. Harvey and the staff helped get her situated, choose a pistol that worked for her, and gave her a modified beginners class. We spent close to 2 hours here, bought a few extra boxes of ammo, and really enjoyed the afternoon. If you're looking for a place to get familiarized with a weapon system or just need to blow off some steam, I highly recommend coming here.

Could not have asked for a better experience for my first time shooting. The staff was very friendly and helped with any of my questions. They had a great selection of rental guns ranging from various pistols as well as SBRs full sized rifles, and select fire models. The facility is well laid out and had great atmosphere. Definitely will be going again!

Target shooting is my one enjoyment of guns. This building (formerly a spa/massage parlor) is on a hill on a large property directly above its own small pond. Probably the most obvious building on the whole road. It is unfortunate the the owner felt it necessary (and was given permission by the town) to install a large, extremely bright digital imaging display on his the extremely prominent sign next to this building near the road.I'm sorry I can't speak to the quality of the facility for shooting, but having to see a photo-electric gun picture and ad on this otherwise pleasant stretch of road heading into the Lakes Region is crass, controversial, and far more visually arresting than needed. Only about a mile from the politically radical gun shop, it would have been nice to have one that didn't disturb the peace of everyone's drive on this busy road.

apparently they retaliate against bad reviews about their service performance and the memory capability of their staff. Still waiting on my id to be mailed to me 3rd week and counting to receive the ID detained from me while using a rifle of theirs before closing times. i now seem to need to pay for a new personal identification card and have been holding onto my info being seen by countless amount of eyes i am sure. I have emailed and called 3 times already regarding the fact.

Nice range. Friendly staff took a first time shooter with me there and he was able to shoot without being under a ton of pressure. RSO was very helpful to everyone there moving from booth to booth if you had a problem just ask him and he helped. Was my first time at a indoor range will be going back for sure.

Im walking distance so iv been going here sense i picked up my first gun in January. I've been back many times sense & everytime is an awesome experience. Specially if you let them know you're a new shooter they take good care of you. Im a minority an can say iv been to another range (not going to say where) where i noticed different treatment.
