While I was looking at hand guns the man who 'helped' me was kind of rude and made me feel like an idiot when I asked questions. I made a purchase but won't go back here again. The whole process took forever. Sorry to be such a bother while wanting to spend money in your store. I'll happily give my money to someone else!

Just made a purchase for the 1st time at Bob's. First day of their anniversary sale. Everyone was friendly and helpful / knowledgeable. The purchase required a background check and quite a bit of paperwork and they plowed through it very quickly. I will shop there again.
