They have great selection but the service is absolutely terrible. It took almost 2 weeks to have a sofa delivered which was already in stock the day we bought it. When it arrived it had gotten very dirty from the truck ride with black smudges all along the side and dirty hand prints from where the workers lifted it. It's now been 2 weeks since we called to have it cleaned and we were told they would arrive today. They never even showed up!We'll be renting a Rug Doctor now and cleaning it ourselves and taking our business elsewhere.

Staff at A&W goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you need a sofa or a whole entire house of furniture this is the place to go. Selection and value is HUGE! The home consultation service they offer is the way to go. They transform your space into a space you will never want to leave. Highly recommend this store
