Southwest Arms went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was caused by another FFL dealer during a transfer of mine. When Southwest Arms noticed the issue, they immediately informed me and explained that they proactively reached out to the seller to request them to update the their logs and FFL information as they submitted things incorrectly. Both Anthony and Ben welcomed me into the store with just few minutes before closing so I could get the paperwork submitted knowing how frustrated I was with the lack of communication from the seller who already collected $1800 from me. Even though it wasnt their mistake, they took care of me. I highly recommend Southwest Arms!

Bought a firearm went to pick it up and the grip was loose and the firearm was filthy like after a day at range and it was Brand new, I was told this is the way they come from factory, I am not new to firearms, older and a Vet, so I was Really disappointed in there response, will never do business there again

I am a woman and I went in today as a first time gun owner and they made me feel every bit of confident in my choices they are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions that you may have. I will be back for future purchases for sure. For my first time gun buyers, I would recommend bring cash, for savings purposes.
