I've been going to Frontier Justice for years and have never had a bad experience whether making a purchase, having a little work done on a firearm or using the range. If you're looking for negative comments or suggestions, I simply don't have any. I'm very happy with my membership experience.

This place is awesome! The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Everything you could possibly need for your firearms needs, all under 1 roof! Nice locatio, clean facility, family friendly, and Christian based to boot! There is even a snack /refreshments area! can't say enough good things about them! The best! Highly recommended!

Went to purchase a firearm yesterday with my husband. I wanted the firearm but of course he knows more about them then i do. Went to fill out paperwork and the guy told my husband he couldnt sell us the firearm because i wasnt the one looking at the gun. We said ok, well let me (my husband)purchase it. The clerk proceeds to get another store clerk and after speaking with each other, the 'manager' comes back and tells my husband that the clerk told him ' he didnt feel comfortable selling a gun to my husband' also said the clerk was an ex cop and he trust his judgement.. DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST! They didnt even allow my husband to show his ID or anything. ABSOLUTELY unnecessary! Our first and last time in this establishment.

I took the CCW course with my sons. The instructor was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the content of the course. There was a good mix of class work and range time. Everyone at Frontier Justice is so friendly and helpful regardless of your level of experience. Highly recommend this place.

A few years back when I lived in Kansas I went to frontier justice as my range so I figured I'd buy one of their lowers. They didn't have the specific one I wanted at the Kansas city store so they had to ship it over from the Lee summit store. No big deal at all. Once it was in I had to go in to sign the paperwork and make the purchase, well they charged me a $50 transfer fee, a lot of places do that if you order it online because it's a registered gun part and if my background check didn't clear then it's a waste of their time and money. I figured even though it was their lower that was their policy so I paid it and continued on with my life like normal. Well when I was visiting Kansas last month (I live in Wyoming now) I wanted to pick up some more accessories for the ar I built with that lower, I found what I wanted and someone even asked me if I needed help and we had a nice talk because I was wearing my raptors (trauma sheers) and he hadn't met anyone else that carried them. After we talked I walked up to the register and waited about 5 minutes or so until somone came out, she asked if I was ready and I went to check out, but when she logged in she has apologized and said they took her drawer so I'd have to go to the back to check out. So I walked back to the rear of the store and the same gentleman was kindly able to check me out and apologized. I wasn't very upset personally but I wanted the store to know my experience so that way nobody else had a bad one, and on my reciept there was a review link, I went there and chose to leave a review with the frontier justice complaints/review page, so I wasn't blasting the company on yelp or Google or what have you. Well today I got a completely unexpected call from Brandon, one of the managers out there and he wanted to make it right, I told him I'm just glad he was willing to call and talk about it, I even mentioned in the review I love the range and would be thrilled to see a frontier justice in Wyoming, but he suggested that the cashier may have confused the transfer and charged me a transfer fee when they shouldn't have so even though it's been ~2 years he refunded me the transfer fee today. As well as he asked if I'd be back in Kansas city again this year, I told him I have family and go out for the American royal so I planned on being out there at least one more time this year and he said 'I put a note on your account so when you check in you have free range time for the rest of the year.' completely unexpected and I have the highest respect for the company, I'll gladly be doing business with them in the future. Huge thank you to Brandon with Frontier Justice for being polite, professional, and going above and beyond for just one customer who lives 530 miles away.
