I worked directly with Bill on a Hi-Power build. In short, there were several items on my final bill that were not valid. For example, he tried to charge me for work on my existing sear even though I purchased an entirely new trigger group from him that came with a new sear.After discussing it with Bill, he agreed to issue me a refund for several of the charges. After a few days went by without a refund, I contacted him. He then went back on his word and said he was not going to give me anything.To top it off, I took a defensive carry class where I used my Hi-Power for the first time since they worked on it. I had so many malfunctions that I had to use my backup to complete the course. After doing my own research I found out the recoil spring they installed was several lbs too heavy. When I called them for a replacement they would only send me the proper spring if I purchased it, so I ended up buying one from somebody else.

We took a gun to cylinder & slide for some custom work. We were quoted a bid by Kevin for a certain price for the work. Once done the charge came to $128 more Tried to work with Randy and have them honor the price that we were quotes, but they refuse to honor the quote. If the charge was going to be $128 more than what was quoted, they should have gotten our approval for the extra charge. They are not willing to honor the quotes that they give..yes, the work done was good but would have NEVER taken the gun there if we would have known they would have charged us $128 more than the bid. Very poor customer service, over charge customers.and do not care
