Love the people at Guns and Arrows. Friendly and knowledgeable in all areas of firearms and accessories. If you don't see it, ASK. They will make every effort to get what YOU want. From the sales staff to their gunsmith everyone takes an interest in you!!

I went here for a long time, but started to realize exactly how much more expensive this place is than other firearms dealers in the area. If you are planning on buying a firearm here, please check with sportsmans warehouse in Carson before coming to this location. You will most likely be able to purchase the exact type of firearm from sportsmans for way cheaper than this location in gardnerville. Even after buying 3 firearms from this location the customer service never got any better. I have since been going to the sportsmans warehouse in Carson city, and have been receiving better prices on firearms, ammo, and other accessories along with way better customer service. I went in to guns and arrows in gardnerville today just to try and pass some time, and was met with all the same things that made me stop coming to this location. Do not waste your time and money on this store. Life is to short to receive terrible service.

Extremely rude. Unprofessional. Treating people like idiots over a gas tube. Will never visit store again.

If you are looking to buy a firearm, ammunition, or firearm accessories then dont waste your time with this store just go to the sportsmans warehouse in Carson city. You are going to pay $100 more for a firearm than you will at any other firearm distributor. And the same pricing follows suit for the ammunition and accessories. The service is rude and very unprofessional. Also I went in yesterday to buy some ammunition, and they told me I had to where a mask, i informed them that I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask, they said it didnt matter I had to put one on to enter the business. If you are going here to get a CCW license, go to the gentleman in Smith Valley, he is cheaper and more pleasant to work with.
