Over 3 months ago i ordered a 22 pistol and was told it would be in within a few weeks at the most,i took in account that we had issues with the virus so i let it stretch out a month and called several times in the course of a 3 month time frame and eaxh week i was told it would be in shortly,now i understand a week or 2 or heck evwn a month but 3 months and was told we could get a redund but would have to pay a restocking fee so we go in and were told oh we dont do refunds but buy a gun from the store and we will take that price off!!! Pretty upset and wont be back!!

Do yourself a favor a skip this place and go to HH or Scheels instead. Shooters doesn't stand behind their product whatsoever. I purchased 1 magazine from their store that didn't work but they wouldn't take the return and had me send it into the manufacturer (costed me another $10). I ordered a 2nd one, and after 3 months of calling in checking on it I still didn't receive it or even an ETA. I filed a claim on it with my credit card company and got my money back. Now that my credit card company went after them for it they've finally called back complaining I've caused them a huge pain as I sit here with no magazine and $70 less in my pocket. Horrible business mindset at Shooters.

I've been to many gun stores and have never been treated as well as I have at Shooter's Inc. Since my first visit, I have purchased several firearms and referred several customers to them. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of the staff and their service.
