Got a 900$ universal set of forks from Eric. They came and fit, but did not hold up to any thing we normally did with our old set of forks. They had we send it back for rework and Jeff kept telling me I will figure something out by Friday. Every Friday I Called back and he was gone to trade shows or I got other excuses. After two months of being without down a forklift they issued a refund. Place is a joke. I would spend your money elsewhere unless you enjoy frustration and products made cheaply. Got a new set of forks elsewhere that were way better for 400$ less.
