They lack people service, talk down at people of color . Ask dump questions and claims to not understand people with accent. Please treat everyone with kindness. As a US citizen and a working class citizen, I did appreciate how I was treated. That's not the America I know and have been in most of my life. I am very disappointed that the officer treated my his and I with such disrespect.

I do not leave the US very much or ever... This was the first time I ever went through a border crossing & I didnt even really go into Canada that far (just what was in the confined area of the international peace gardens) but it is a very interesting experience for damn sure.

Is it to much to ask that an agent be at the window and logged in to the system to clear trucks. After all there is only truck traffic and its not very busy.A truck drivers time is important, believe it or not.
