Tried calling 10 times during normal business hours, no one answered to even say 'Hey, we are with a customer right now would you please hold?' have had multiple bad experiences with Keith's at gun shows across the state. They say that they are the largest firearm retailer in the state but I cant imagine they are doing much business with this kind of terrible customer service. Is it really too much to ask of a retailer to answer their phone?

Very small and busy gun store. Plan on waiting. I've gone in multiple time and never been greeted, so I left after a bit.
