I called place an order for a Concentricity Gauge from Accuracy One on feb/8. I called back on feb/15 and was informed that there is a mixed up my credit card #. John, the owner took my info down. He repeated my CC and shipping info twice before we hang up. I asked them about give me a call to fix the problem. They told me they were too busy. I guess they do not need to sell their stuff. BAD OVERALL BUSINESS PRACTICE. Folks, stick with reputable companies such Midways USA, Brownells, SinClair for shooting supplies
