Terrible Customer Service. Had my BCM upper dropped off to be pinned and welded. Was told a few days, a few days turned to a few weeks. Whenever I spoke to someone at the front desk, they did not know what was going on. I am not pleased with being told a certain time for completion and if changing to well over that time frame. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time.

I was recommended to this place from a friend. After dropping off a upper to get pinned and welded I was told it would be done in 3 days. After calling on the 3rd day, they were unsure when it would be done. Called on the 4th day to get a time estimate on completion, was told Monday. After calling back on Monday ( today ) was told it would be 2-3 weeks before it would be done. Upset about the lack of communication and false information. If I were told 3-4 weeks at the beginning, I would not be upset. I refuse to come back here.
