I ordered my holster on March 1st, I was told in my confirmation email that it would ship by early May, based on the longest lead time. He did not provide holster on date that was specified in the confirmation email, which lacked an order number. When I initiated contact asking where my product was, I was told that due to a poor shipment of leather had delayed the order and was promised yet another date for shipment, we are now 5 days past that date and again no communication from him. I could accept this kind of unprofessionalism if he didn't withdraw the money the same day the order was placed.Update, received an auto generated email saying that the order has shipped the same day as this review went up at 10:42pm. I cannot recommend ordering anything from them, the lack of communication and complete disregard for their own deadlines lead me to believe that they do not respect their customers.

I ordered a custom Valkyrie holster and mag carrier for a good friend's birthday. Manufacture was fairly quick, shipping was via priority mail. Overall quality of the product is exquisite, as the attached photo shows.That said, although I'm very happy with my purchase, I have to tell you this gear is not cheap. If you're looking for a strictly utilitarian, works-well-for-the-money holster, I'd suggest Blackhawk. But if you want a piece of art that will with proper care last a lifetime, this is where you want to do business.

A better than average leather store! They had lots of different types of items and styles to pick from. And a good variety of prices, not overloaded with high prices. Seems to be good quality too. My husband found and purchased what he was wanting and that says a lot!! And, of course, I found something I liked too!!!

Superior quality product and amazingly fast service for a custom holster manufacturer. Highly impressed by this company and will use again!
