My experience is similar to others who have posted reviews. After contacting the store to make a purchase, I learned they didn't have the item I wanted. I bought the item online and tried to use McBrides as my FFL dealer in Austin. They were basically impossible to deal with and rude. I had to switch to another FFL to complete the transaction.

Went into the store to purchase a gun and was told it was better to order on-line and pick up in the store. Ordered online and website indicated purchase did not go through because of address mismatch. Called bank, verified address and tried to order again. Same thing. Next day tried again, same thing. Surprised to learn two days later there are three pending purchases for the same gun with no confirmation email. Went into the store to cancel the orders and was told in 3-5 days purchases would fall off our account. They held $2,500+ in funds for a week. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Personnel are no help.
