I would like to give THE STORE 1 star they have their employees working outside in the heat. I do understand with the covid issue. But Jesus Ezpawn its 100 degrees out there. I would like to see supervisors outside not just regular employees.. the ones who thought itd be a great idea for the drive thru. The staff is always friendly but I feel their pain.

Go to another pawn shop.Would give 0 stars if it was an option. The price of an item goes down as time passes...they print them on the price tag. After asking whats the best price they could do, they gave me the original price from two months ago. No negotiation. I guess theyre not trying to sell anything.

Tried to negotiate on the price of a laptop, but one of the guys working there said the prices were non-negotiable. This place has confusing pricing and old merchandise, would not recommend

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!! We have gone to this place due to being down the road from where we live. But everytime we go there is always something. 1. I had a game system pawned, i call in the day it was due and tell them I wont be able to make it because I'm out of town and tell them when I will be in which was two (2) days later they tell me no problem. I go in and the tell me its already on the floor. So I had to buy the system back at what they were asking for, which of course is way more. 2. I return an item which didnt end up working I asked if I could have my money back and they said they could only do store credit so I said fine. Later I come in to use the store credit, i give them my i.d and they tell me I need to provide them with THE ACCURATE amount to the cent. I tell them im not really sure the ACCURATE amount and they could not let me use my store credit which was $40 something. 3. Which just recently happened. My girlfriend had an item pawned went to go extend it, gave the employee the ticket gave her the money boom, done. We go back to extend it again and they tell us that item has been on the floor for two days already. The employee extended something completely different than the item we wanted. So of course we had to buy it back at a much higher price. TERRIBLE customer service, worse management.
