Horrible customer service!! Hung up on me 5 times and refused to answer a simple question about my order status..i understand that they are busy bec of this new rule but you can not treat a person like that!! What if someone would treat you the way you treated me, how would you feel?? If I don't need the items for our plan I wouldn't bother to call.. now all our plan is canceled bec of it. So frustrating. I will never shop there again.

Extremely HORRIBLE customer service. If you are black / African you WILL be racially profiled. I will never return to another one of these again, and will share my experience nationwide with others to not shop at these chains. Absolutely disgusted how they all acted in 2020.

The website is useless! Attempted to put six different items in my cart but all of them were not available to be shipped OR for curbside pickup. How else are I suppose to get items?!?
