Absolutely the worst service I have EVER received from any company. Except for one email informing me the rifle had been received there was NO communication between me and ztritin Arms. Numerous emails, numerous phone calls and text messages were never answered. They will not return your calls within 24 hours. , they never return. To top it off. When the firearm was shipped back to me there was no notification and they refused to send a tracking number stay away from this conpany

I had 2 Remington 700's that needed triggers to be replaced due to the recall. The Remington webpage stated it could take up to 12 weeks to get them turned around. That must take into consideration the other authorized repair shops. I was extremely surprised in the very little time it took to have my firearms returned to me. I'd have to check, but I think my firearms spent more time with UPS there and back. The trigger job feels great, now I just need to take them to the range and get the scopes dialed in.

This is not a walk in shop, but triton arms tends to get guns turned around consistently before the estimated date. TA will be certain to fix anything received, and let the customer know how to prevent the problem in the future if possible.

While I've never visited Triton Arms in person, I recently had to send a rifle in for warranty work (Remington 700). The work they did was extremely fast and very well done. They included documentation of what exactly they had done and beat the projected turnaround time. Highly recommend for gun smithing. Thanks!
