Great CCW class experience. Very informative but not overwhelming for a beginner -- you get the slideshow on a disc to take home and review. The instructor was great with novice firearm handlers and more experienced alike. Seems like a good value compared to other classes in the area, and was able to register only a week in advance of the class even while a lot of classes in and around the Madison area are booked out for months.

My wife, father and step mother all attended the training course required for CCW license. We all thought Richard did a great job teaching, and he was entertaining enough that despite being about 3 hours of talking, I never got bored. It was all fairly fast paced and he was good at answering questions. Something that my dad commented that he liked was that in addition to the lawful part of CCW, Richard also gave plenty of technique training/tips. This was my first class and I thought Richard did a wonderful job. The live fire training was a good experience where you can get feedback on your stance and handling of your firearm. Richard was very patient with everyone, which I thought was especially nice for the ladies in the class who wanted a little more instruction. All around I think everyone had a very good time and there was plenty to learn. Highly recommend this class!

Just took the Wisconsin concealed carry class here. Very good. Class was interesting and well run. Nice rural setup and range.
