My husband and I both purchased our firearms from this location within the year.I suffered some theft while traveling so my paperwork was taken. I went in on Saturday 9/7/19 just to request a copy of my receipt and the printout for use at Sheep Dog tacticals.The rude gentleman with the light colored hair insisted that the store does not have printout for the range (which is a lie my husbands was received during his purchase as well as my initial purchase). He then tells me giving me a receipt was a service so he would have to charge me $20 bucks just to.help me and my reply was i guess my business will be taken elsewhere. We have spent over 1k for 2 firearms and ammo within this year for just 2 transactions. That being the case, don't create an exchange where you treat a customer as a nuisance and lie about available/your processes because the store is packed. Our experience with the older gentlemen who work in the evenings and the other younger male who works with them is always pleasant. Not sure what is the issue with the gentleman here today but he lacks customer service skills or patience. I didn't engage with the other clerk in the store but judging by the conversation he was having with the patron at his counter i would have been treated much better.. I will take my business elsewhere so i don't have to.guess a day to.get decent service. :(

I wrote a review a while back regarding this gun shop when it was run by another owner. That was 100% accurate and was not a bogus review. That said, a new owner has taken over and let me tell you all, its 100% better here. They treat you like a customer should be treated and no more being ignored. Im glad someone bought and fixed this gun store up. I will shop here as long as he owns it.

They weren't open on time

They have no knowledge on what they are selling, plus they charge nearly double the price for everything

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Asked the guy to grab me a M&P and he points to another clerk and tells me to talk to them. Granted they were busy but I've been in before and had a pleasant experience, will not be buying from them again.
