Purchased a firearm from their website that they didnt actually have in stock. They told me theyd have it in a couple weeks. Its now been nearly 3 months and I never received the item Ive already paid for. I called them to initiate a charge back to my card, thats when they told me the item shipped last week. I contacted my FFL and they didnt have it. Thats when I called them back to get the shipping number and they stated that they couldnt find it. Thats when I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge and get my money back that way. Ive purchased a lot of guns online and have always had them shipped to the same place and never had an issue until now. This place seemed unorganized to say the least.

Excellent handgun buying experience. I worked with Jason. I didnt know what I didnt know when I walked in and was treated with respect and kindness. I was never made to feel I was wasting their time and was given every option available. No pressure to buy. Prices are more than fair considering the value added handholding they give. By far better than the slack jawed help at the big box stores! If they dont have it you probably dont need it. Buy locally!

Ordered a 2 quad rails was told it would be there the following week when they arrive. A month later I go and get a refund and my rifle back. They give me my rifle in pieces. Tell me it would be an extra charge to put it back together. Will never do anymore business with this place.
