I haven't been to the shop in person Yet. All my dealing with Gonzo Tactical had been online only but has been the best overall online experience. Customer service is excellent .

I mean no one cares how people really are...So, this is a waste of breath. The store itself is fine. Owner is a jerk, but it is Alabama. You can't expect a whole lot considering that.
