The only business I've done here are transfers. They are always helpful and make the process both fast and enjoyable. Every time I go in, there are usually only one obe other customer in the shop, which is a shame because their prices are low enough to compete with online prices. Their transfer fee is the lowest around(including on post). I will only transfer through them.

Won't do business anywhere else! The team at flat iron are super knowledgeable and patient with new and experienced shooters. Rodney was super patient with use especially my mother who is new to shooting and accidentally aimed the weapon at him twice. She was super nervous and he calmed her down and took the time to show her how to hold the weapon and a little gun safety tips as well lol. Anything they don't have in stock they will do their best to get it for you. My wife and I came in for 2 days strait with nothing but questions and not purchasing anything but he treated us like we had spent 1000's and were his best customers. So we ended up purchasing 5 weapons here one of which was $150 cheaper than anyone else in the area. We will definitely be back and I dont plan on purchasing from anywhere else. Thank you rodney for all your help and bringing a business we actually need to Smiths Station. Now if you would just get those r.i.p rounds lol

Great selection of guns, ammo, and accessories. Owners are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Very down to earth and genuinely good people. I have purchased multiple guns from this store and they will always be my one stop shop for guns and ammo. supporting a locally owned small business means a lot in this small town!

If you see this please give me an answer soon. I ordered a shotgun and used you as my ffl dealer. I have yet to see you open this week and would like to let you know that the estimated time for my shotgun to arrive is Friday the 12th of July or latest 15 July. I hope you guys can make it happen for me because if not the shotgun will be returned and I already paid for it.
