I had my gun there for 11 weeks and they said they were very busy. They kept making excuses about their system being down for week and now they went on vacation. I called another gun smith and they were able to get my gun fixed in a week. If I were to rate a zero or in the negatives I would. Not doing my gun worked on here anymore.

The owner and son are very knowledgeable, professional, and very polite to deal with. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They packed and shipped items for me to another state ensuring accurate delivery and security on my timeline. I would highly recommend this company!

Had to edit my experience with this company. The service was ok not the best. Customer service was lacking had to ask questions more than them letting me know on couple of things. The owners Younger employee dropped my handgun components in front of me and said it looks fine ...and received my handgun ...end up having blemishes...would not recommended for assistance for gunsmithing . Lastly the owner is very rude and sometimes ignores emails as well...
