The park and mountains are beautiful. The visitors center is well built, but the main visitor's center was inexplicitly closed. Staff were not welcoming, generally ignored anyone other than those that asked if the building was open to tell them simply 'it is not', and the remaining staff were out back doing their own thing leaving visitors to wander the remaining buildings and exhibits. Super disappointed because we wanted to get a Wrangle National Park mug to match our collection.

I was glad to see that the visitor center was somewhat open. We were able to check out the display center and could see the film of the area in the theater. If you wanted to, you could call and receive a talk with a ranger. The walk around the river frontage is fantastic on a clear day, to see Mt. Drum is quite a sight.

Wow, it's a younger newer park, just revealed after Glaciers resended the area and has been found to be one of the worlds largest
