Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at JM&A, it was one of the best family experiences weve EVER had. The folks there were super knowledgeable, friendly beyond belief and the facility was absolutely beautiful. We were all basically beginners and they walked us through each step of the process, making us feel as safe and comfortable as one can when handling a firearm for the first time. Our kids were coached and made to feel comfortable. I cant believe how much fun we had. I highly recommend this place!!!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND I was visiting Juneau on a cruise ship and found this place when I came into port. One of the Helicopter companies I had booked cancelled (not Coastal THEY ROCK) and was able to get dropped off here. Being from a country that doesn't allow automatic rentals the staff here were EXCEPTIONAL!! Not only did they take me through range safety but also took me through every firearm I was using that day on the range. After, they were able to guide me to the local bus that would take me back into town to my cruise ship (it only cost $2). This is a great experience for anyone from outside the US visiting Alaska and wanting to try a new experience.

We're visitors from a cruise. It was a little far from the boat doc but my wife set up for me to use their range for an hour. I got to shoot a bunch of different guns including some fully automatic. It was a great experience. The workers were very friendly and helpful. They seemed knowledgeable about firearms.
