The staff here was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about there fire arms, they gladly answered all my questions with me not knowing much about many of the different companies out there. They also had some good pricings and a good inventory took look at, I ended up buying 3 fire arm's from here. They also helped me find good shops when i needed parts for my guns they didn't carry.

I visited this store for the first time today. I was looking for a value on an old Winchester rifle I own. I knew the gun wasnt perfect but its been in my family for 113 years. All the guy said was its good for parts and turned and walked away. I had other questions about this gun. I guess he just didnt care to consider that. I am a longtime gun owner and new to Phoenix. I am looking for a quality gun shop that provides good customer service. I guess I will keep looking. I met with Dave the owner and he made things right. I appreciate his concerns for my first experience. Thank you Dave for your interest in me and my antique rifle. I will come back.

The customer service is a bit rough but I tried to keep in mind that they are dealing with a lot of angry people who are impatient as well. I will be back because I am huge on supporting local.
