Finally got my item shipped. Took about 20 days but happy its shipped now hopefully we can do business again thanks.

Changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars BACK TO 1 STAR. Long story short, originally ordered my part back in february, never received my item. Owner called me upset that I left him a 1 star review, said he would look into why I didnt receive the item and let me know. He never did, I reach out and Jerri( who was super nice) refunded my credit card and told me they would send me the item for free because of my experience with them. Never received the free item. I emailed them plenty of times and they keep ignoring me. I understand now that covid is present it's an issue. But covid wasn't an issue when they offered me the free item. Horrible customer service and if the owner is reading this do not bother calling me upset about my google review. This is now a true review of my experience with you. Just put yourself in my shoes and see if you would be willing to deal with your own company if you were the customer.

Ordered a kit nearly a month ago (Order #20323) I understand the backlog,l don't understand the total lack of any response such as is my lower ramped or not. No answer from their phone (mailbox is full), only a ' we have a backlog' generated response if you email them, if you message through the website no response. I will change my rating for a real response.

Just walk in, and the first thing I notice was the utmost respect, and kindness that the staff welcome us with. Mr!Andrew, and Tony are so nice,and knowledgeable in their field. My son and I had an awful two time visit at tunners in victorville. This visit was a 100% over the top pleasant change from turnners. I will reccomend this place to anyone that's looking to be treated with respect, and have someone walk you through step by step. This is our new 100% place to shop..

Well I haven't been able to order online. Have tried calling and no answer. I guess I am going to have to go somewhere else to order.
