Had a very poor pharmacy experience just now......horrible customer service at the Walgreens Big Bear Lake pharmacy. My son broke his arm last night and we spent 6.5 hrs in the emergency room to get his arm set and needed to fill his pain medication script this morning before we drove home. The blonde woman who was helping me lacked any compassion and told me it would be 1.5 hrs for his prescription to be filled. Terrible attitude and said Hey its a Monday morning... and could care less about the situation. There was an army of ppl working in the pharmacy & yet she said shes alone. I could tell she had no intention of helping us in a timely manner. I have a whole car full of my family and dog waiting. I walked out totally disgusted. This couldve been handled so much better....you guys are in the healthcare business for heavens sake. Truly a coaching opportunity with that employee.
