For ANY tool you NEED, THEY have it.

I went in to buy barrier cloth. I first talked to 2 of the guys who worked there and they were rude and not one bit helpful. Then I approached the only woman, Jackie. Im very glad I had her to help me. She was very patient, friendly and helpful. She helped me compare 2 products, climbed up a ladder to help me find another roll of what I needed. I then asked her to hold the 2 rolls til the next day and she said sure enough. I saw her tag the rolls with my name and marked it to hold till the next day. I went in the next day, saw only the 2 same guys as from the day before and asked for the rolls. They were gone. Neither were, once again, one bit of help. When I asked why they werent still on hold, one of them just shrugged his shoulders. I asked the other guy if they could be somewhere else. He said hed check and never came back. These had been the last 2 rolls they had. If it werent for Jackie, I probably wouldnt go back there again. ... Not too long ago, Jorge worked there too. He was the absolute best employee that store has ever had. I asked where hed been and I was told he had been fired. What a shame. This store needs more employees like Jorge and Jackie.

PML True Value is a great place. I can't believe how many different things they have in that store considering how small it is. Personnel is always helpful and knowledgeable, and our kids love the free popcorn.
