This place is busy. You will likely wait in line. But the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

After going thru all the legal paperwork to buy a S&W 38 for $550 the salesman brought out a obviously used box and started to put the demo pistol with scratches in the box. I said I'm don't want a demo unless you will give a discount. He them, with rude no comment attitude walked out the back door to, I think the storeroom. When he came back he tore up most of the paperwork I had filled out without saying anything to me. He then started to fill out the receipt and wanted payment. He told me to come back next week, but still will have the California 10 day wait. Things got a little hot when I told him I wasn't going to pay for it until he had received the new pistol. I said give me a call when you have it. He said I have to pay for it now, not in the nicest way. By now I was getting upset with him and I guess the store. So I told him I was not buying that gun or anything else from them. As a note, I had purchased guns and ammunition from that store in the past, but never again.

Someone Name John pick up the phone kept me on hold for five minutes came back online I was asking questions about FFL and wanted to clarification on the Answer .. rudely hang up on me UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE ...

I've always had a pleasant experience when coming in to shop & browse. The staff was nice & knowledgable & I've always left knowing a little more.
