Beautiful fairly long hike. Made it Tamarack lake this time, looking forward to a longer trip to Aloha lake next time!

Beautiful lakes to hike to. Beware of swarms of mosquitoes on the way to Tamarack Lake. I forgot bug spray and it was absolutely awful being bitten by swarms at a time.

We tried calling but no one picked up. Then we drove here based on their posted hours, but they were closed. It wasn't a holiday or anything. I would recommend confirming with a live human before driving all the way here.
