Great staff and service. They really want to help if you are an citizen in good standing looking to hunt varmint, deer, or to add home protection. Very supportive.

My sister had purchased 5 lower receivers online and needed an FFL dealer to ship them to and asked me for help. I had already made a purchase myself at OC Armory a few years prior so I knew exactly where to go. Im always offered great customer service at OC Armory. And they always make the process as smooth as possible. My sister received a call fromOC Armory stating that they had received the lower receivers she had ordered online and that she could go down to the store anytime to start the DROS process. We both drove down to the shop where she then got her firearm safety certificate and was able to started the DROS process. One thing that DEFINITELY impressed me was the low price OC ARMORY charged to do the transfers. A lot of gun stores ( TURNERS )that are FFL dealers charge way too much for what they offer. So Im definitely happy with the price we paid at OC ARMORY. If you want answers to your questions without the fear of being scolded upon by other gun stores and their associates then OC ARMORY is the place to go where youll get better 1 on 1 customer service. - Jeff & Jaci J.

I visited OC Armory to do a private party transfer and inquire about another potential purchase. I found Mike to be very knowledgeable and could tell that he actually ENJOYS the business. Mike actully talked me out of buying something I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars on in his shop. Once he explained it to me I realized he was right. When is the last time you ran into someone in business with that kind of integrity?I will travel the 45 minutes past lots of other shops to do business with these folks every time. Thumbs up to OC Armory.

Don't even deserve the star. By the way, if asking politely with please and thank you for a receipt gets you a 'You are full of $h!*' from a guy named Mike you might want to rethink about customer interaction.
