Many gun stores have treated me like an idiot for not being a weapons engineer. These guys are just eager to educate you on different options.

Rip Off ...They have a $200 mark up on guns that are $500-$550 elsewhere. Horrible, unprofessional and rude staff. Probably the worst experience I've had with any business. First, could not reach them for days during business hours. When they did answer the phone, the sales person was short, impatient and rude. He came across as disgruntled and angry. He hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question. When I called back immediately to finish my question , he rudely interrupted again and responded 'come and get in line' , then hung up the phone again. Is it really a good idea having someone like that working in a gun store? Definitely will not give these people my business. Told many of my friends about my experience. They will also go somewhere else.

Did not visit the gun store but called with some legal questions and they were very knowledgeable of the CA laws. Will work with them in the future if needed.

I had a great experience with this shop from walking in until I walked out. Right off the bat my family and I where greeted with respect and I was shown over to the owner since I had a handgun that I wanted to trade in towards a purchase. They even entertained my son with some coloring books while I was busy. I was given a very fair offer and set up for the new purchase quickly. This shop is full of professionals who will make you proud of your 2nd amendment rights. Thanks again for showing my family and I such a warm welcome.
