Called ahead of time to see if their firearms department could help me with a FSC test, required by State of California for Firearm purchase. Woman on the phone said they could do it without purchase. Showed up, manager said purchase was required. When I told him that his staff told me otherwise and that it needs to be made clear to them that's not the case he said 'No need to give me attitude.''Clay' has no idea how to provide customer service as what he should have done is apologized and said he'll make sure everyone knows the policy so it doesn't happen again. Instead the guy just made things worse by acting like it's no big deal for me to drive down here after calling....for nothing.
