I have had the most worst experience in my life with any company. Wish I could rate -5 stars. So apparently the owner who falsely identifies himself as a government official tells me a fake name which is another false statement. He doesn't communicate in a healthy and polite way. When the owner illegally tells you to leave, when you have 100% of every right to be there and when you tell him you are in your right then he threatens to escalate the situation, what do you do. It was a public parking garage available to everyone. If you want a security company that treats people mean, this is the one. If you want one with good customer service, search elsewhere. To be clear, the employees are amazing and nice, it's the owner who is rough around the edges.

The owner is honest and very helpful. I had a great experience in the shop purchasing a handgun. Bad reviews on here about this place might just be done by whiney babies; if you dont know how to interact with a firearms dealer, it ain't their fault- it's yours! Zak's Guns was on point with my purchase! And no, im not 'Zak'
