I did but a gun and I am first time buyer and when I went to pick up the gun they couldnt find the magazine and the store owner said they will order and will be there in 2 days and its been 3 weeks now and they dont even answer the phone and will keep updating if any action needed to be done or they did order it will keep updating

I am first time buyer and I bought a gun and they never said it was used I found out when I was reading the paper and then when I went to pick it up there is no magazine and he said he will order it in 2 days and its been 3 weeks now and I didnt get any thing I will keep update if anything change either action taken against store or I do receive it I will update on here

I think it really depends what kind of mood the person working is in, when you come into the store. I see some reviews with positive feedback so I tried to come by and check out the store to buy some ammo and check out some firearms...maybe because it was the last hour they were open and they might have been over helping customers during that day, but we got a hello from a female talking with a gentleman looking at houses on Zillow. Perhaps it was more important than helping us? maybe I should've spoke up and asked for help?...Hopefully I'll catch him or her on a better day....ill edit this review if the customer service experience is different on my next visit, because I understand we are all human...Great selection of handguns though.
