Cowgirl Creamery (In-Store Shopping & Curbside Pickup)

Nice and orderly. The line took a few minutes, but we were happy to wait. The staff were all very friendly and calm.

Turkey sandwich is so good!!! The jam on there is deeeelicious!!

A bit pricey but tasty food and a good selection. I got a sandwich and side salad and both were delicious. The staff were friendly and service efficient. Great place to pick up picnic goodies.

There is nothing a cheese lover wouldn't like about the cowgirl creamery...generous tasting samples of many of the offerings gives you a chance to compare and contrast. Although not warm and friendly on a quiet midweek afternoon, our cheese monger was responsive to requests and we sampled about 7 cheeses before deciding on 3 for our picnic lunch out back in the shady yard behind the store, production rooms, caves and deli counters.Red Hawk Triple Cream was perfect...not to strong as it was super fresh but with the deep flavor we enjoy and the rich creaminess typical of a triple cream.Midnight Moon..lovely deep flavor ..not quite hard but certainly aged well with lovely crystals...label says Holland but I seem to recall its actually an American cheese...could be wrong...And an Oregon Blue..maybe Cascade? Which was perfect..creamy yet dry with enough dolce to balance the deeply veined blue funkiness Along with a fresh baguette three old friends enjoyed an al fresco picnic that satisfied our cheese nerd selves and was actually a great late lunch for less than some questionable tourist restaurant and yet top notch! We didn't have much left of our selection but enough for a quick breakfast treat the next morning at home smeared on toasted artisan bread and layered with rosemary ham.They do offer prepared sandwiches and salads at their deli counter but to me...cheese cheese and more cheese is the way to go.
