I'm new to air guns but not new to shooting. The owner, Don, was very knowledgeable about airguns and explained everything a beginner needs to know. He explained the break procedure and why it's done that way. Don wants to ensure you enjoy this sport as much as he does. I've recommended him to my friends that are also new to the sport or airgun shooting. Don, you've earned a customer for life. Thank you for your time and I'll be seeing you when I need more air guns.

Take the time to listen to the Customers! These are the same People that keep you in business! Especially during this time of crisis!! You could have made at least a thousand from me but you wanted to be a bitter old Man for some God forsaken reason!! You might as well shut down because no ones going to give you any business!!

Under his rough exterior Don's a great guy. Super knowledgeable and once you get to know him. Hes a true friend. These other comments just dont give the chance to know the guy. Awesome Air Smith in my opinion.

Today I went to the DGS Ammo and Airguns booth at the Airguns Expo.I spoke with the owner Don. Don's people skills and customer service was terrible. He was Rude and that is no way to treat a potential customer. I walked away and took my business elsewhere.He also said something under his breath as I walked away. When I asked him'what was that' he didn't want to own it. If I could rate lower then one star I would.
