Be very careful buying from Lonnie. He is VERY disorganized and was unable to locate my order that I had shipped to him. I had to go back a second time which was 20 miles each way to pick up around $100 of ammunition.He STILL charged me the $5 transfer fee!! I even pointed out to him that I wasted my time and gas coming back a SECOND time due to his incompetence and mistake in not being able to find my order when UPS said he signed for it!! Terrible business decision and customer service. In all fairness, he did purchase replacements after losing my order but I still had to come back to get them...Also, he is a one man operation so you can expect to wait up to 30-45 minutes or more just to get his attention. He has almost no guns at all in his one-desk storefront around 10x10 room. Everything must be ordered online and he cannot be trusted for a seamless transaction. Again, he is very very disorganized, boxes everywhere...You have been warned.

I did not like service the guy forgot to put my application for my background check I had to wait literally 2 months just because he forgot to send my background check and he still over charge me for a gun I will not buy here never again rip off.

Although I live 20 miles away from NielsenArms, they're definitely worth the drive, easily my go to for FFL services. The owner is knowledgeable and able to provide information in a straightforward, non-condescending, and down to earth manner. Of all the FFLs I have dealt with, NielsenArms is by far the most personable, prompt, and communicative.

The owner is very professional, had a no pressure attitude and was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will be returning.
